From 2020-2025, my role at Flamingo Finance as Head of Content was to lead a team of (9) writers and designers. I managed, owned, and contributed to all forms of content, such as all technical documentation, User Guides, all UX writing and design for the platform, social media (namely X), video content, community announcements and moderation, press releases, blog articles, style guides, messaging, and more, for investing, trading, and lending products.
