In doing so, your e-mail address is not stored within the website, but only temporarily used to send the relevant e-mail via the web server. The content of the form is then no longer visible on the website, but is processed through the respective e-mail service.

I will then do everything in my power to identify the personal data in question where you have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
