I wrote all new copy for the new CarePass section of the CVS Mobile App.

CVS Point of Sale Screens

I wrote copy for the screens at the checkout at roughly 10,000 CVS locations across the United States. Millions of customers read and interact with this copy every day. I was fairly limited by the system in terms of character count and design but was able to come up with a great solution for various “Point of Sale” screens.

I wrote new copy for the CVS store receipt selection flow.

CVS Next Best Actions

Next Best Actions (NBA) is a brand-new framework for CVS web and mobile app. As Senior Content Strategist on the Global Experiences team, I worked as lead on this new framework from day one. The NBA framework was a massive undertaking, with several designers and content strategists involved, strategizing the design and content, working closely every step of the way with all the various page owners and stakeholders of the CVS experience.

A lot of strategy was involved with developing this NBA framework (as seen below throughout the NBA Confluence Documentation section below), including foundational strategy, component and campaign documentation, and writing and designing the NBA campaigns (as seen in the NBA Campaign Copy section below).

The Sign-in NBA web campaign (billboard) appears on the Product Details Page (PDP) when a cvs customer uses the site but is not logged in. It is a nudge to ask users to sign in to receive more savings and faster checkout.
